Conference Call

The meeting took place with a quorum as provided under MITSC Bylaw I.F.

I. Agenda review

The Commission added a report about the 1/28 MITSC presentation to the Judiciary Committee.

II. MITSC research project

Bert Polchies moved that the Commission enter executive session for the purpose of discussing proposals in response to the MITSC RFP.  John Banks seconded the motion.  It passed unanimously with the Commission entering executive session at 8:15 am.

Joan Nass moved and John Banks seconded a motion for the Commission to exit executive session.  It passed unanimously with the Commission returning to the regular meeting at 9:01 am.

III. Scheduling future meetings

The Commission scheduled a conference call meeting February 2 at 1 pm.

Bert Polchies moved, Roy Partridge seconded a motion to adjourn.  It passed unanimously.
